Declaration of quality policy

The foundation of the Centrum Medycyny Klinicznej DiMedical sp.z o.o. activity is the implementation of health services in the field of laboratory diagnostics and research and development activities.

The overriding goals of the Centrum Medycyny Klinicznej DiMedical sp.z o.o. are:

• providing the highest quality services to Patients and Contractors,
• professional and objective implementation of research,

therefore, our company constantly conducts activities focused on development
and improvement.

We want to achieve the set goals by ensuring easy and universal access to research
in the field of laboratory diagnostics and the dissemination of innovative and advanced solutions applicable in laboratory diagnostics.

The Quality Policy in our company is implemented through:

• continuous improvement of the management system and the quality of provided services, thanks to a thorough analysis of actions relating to risks and opportunities, and ensuring prompt corrective and remedial actions,
• constant improvement of the quality of services provided in line with the latest achievements
  in the field of laboratory diagnostics,
• work in accordance with the principles of good laboratory practice,
• participation in interlaboratory quality control in order to obtain an independent
  and objective evaluation of the laboratory’s work,
• providing services by personnel constantly improving their qualifications,
• providing new solutions in the field of laboratory diagnostics through reliable
  and conscientious implementation of research in the field of research and development activities.

The above activities are aimed at ensuring the high quality of the services provided and the credibility of the obtained results, as well as promoting confidence in the laboratory’s activities.
